The Vision: Open & Inviting Warmth
The LaPine Family Care Clinic is St. Charles's first expansion of its Hospital System into the growing LaPine community. This Federally Qualified Health Center's Primary Care, Immediate Care clinic includes 16 exam rooms, community meeting/patient education space, Imaging, and Lab services. At approximately 11,500 SF., the building reflects the La Pine community with a heavy timber-framed waiting room with natural stone and wood features on the public façade. Inside, the standardized exam rooms are organized around a daylit team center to allow for a collaborative and flexible work area for providers and medical assistants.
The site is master planned to maximize the contiguous clinic area with sufficient vehicle parking at the perimeter. The building's future growth allows for independent clinic and imaging services growth as the community's needs expand.
