The OHSU Family Medicine, East Portland Clinic, nestled within Adventist Health Portland's campus, is a newly constructed 15,400 SF facility spanning three floors of an existing medical office building. Offering a comprehensive range of services including family practice, behavioral health, point-of-care testing, X-ray facilities, pharmacy services, patient education, and administrative support, the clinic is designed to accommodate future expansion, including a dental clinic with five chairs. Embracing a Care Team model, the design prioritizes collaboration and patient confidentiality, with 11-person interdisciplinary teams operating in private workstation rooms. Featuring 18 exam rooms, 3 talking rooms, and a spacious treatment area, the clinic seamlessly integrates residents into its workflow with designated spaces for charting, mentorship, and collaborative work.
