Sensitive Landscaping Brings Healing Power to Healthcare Buildings

Aerial of Japanese garden

We all know sensitively designed gardens and landscaping brings healing power to any healthcare building. A great example of this is the Japanese-style garden at Samaritan Lebanon community hospital- a project we collaborated with landscape architect Kurisu over a decade ago. It’s a beautiful 11,000 square foot garden and is featured in a book “Visionary Landscape” by Kendall H. Brown. We continue to be inspired by this project and its just one example of how nature improves mental well-being and health. https://www.kurisu.com/project/samaritan-lebanon-community-hospital
