Clark/Kjos designed the core and shell of this medical office building for Sabey Corporation. In turn, our design team was hired by the Northwest Kidney Centers to complete the design for the building’s interior. The exterior is designed to relate to the style of the campus’ historical buildings. The team was able to provide better coordination for the complex technical systems (necessary for dialysis) by serving both the developer and the tenant.

It replaces and expands several functions for NKC’s older facility including:
• Special Care Unit serving non-ambulatory patients,
• Community Dialysis Center serving able bodied patients and
• Home Training Center to provide education for home dialysis.
