The Compass Health Broadway Avenue project is a multi-phased 150,000 SF building that will provide both in-patient, residential treatment units and outpatient behavioral health services to predominately low-income adults with challenging mental health needs. The program consists of two levels of intensive outpatient care and crisis outreach interventions, and three levels of facility-based treatment: 16-bed Triage, Evaluation and Treatment Units and Co-Occurring Disorders Residential Units. The “high-rise” building strives to combine common services among units for operational efficiency, and simultaneously maintain the autonomy required State and Federal regulations.
